Open Access Policy

LAREH LAW REVIEW is committed to the principle that academic research should be freely available to the public to support a greater global exchange of knowledge. As an open-access journal, LAREH LAW REVIEW provides immediate and unrestricted access to all published content, ensuring that legal scholarship can be freely accessed and read by anyone, anywhere in the world.

Key Aspects of Our Open-Access Policy:

1. Immediate Access
   All articles published in LAREH LAW REVIEW are available online immediately upon publication. There are no subscription fees or paywalls, and users are free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles without any cost.

2. Creative Commons License
   All published works are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). This license allows others to:

   • Share: Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
   • Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material, provided the work is used for non-commercial purposes and appropriate credit is given to the original authors. Derivatives must also be licensed under similar terms.

3. No Fees for Readers or Authors
   There are no subscription fees for readers to access journal content. Likewise, LAREH LAW REVIEW does not charge authors any fees for submission, processing, or publication. The journal is fully funded by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Andalas.
